Congratulations, Sharon Kane, UGA Center for Agribusiness and Economic Development, and plant protection expert Becky Griffin on completing their project mapping the economic impact of pollination in the state of Georgia. Dr. Kane, an economist with our department, worked on analyzing the data and creating an interactive map. The project highlights the importance of pollinators, their economic impact in Georgia, and the need to educate and empower people about the necessity of continued conservation.
