AAEC Ambassadors
The AAEC Departmental Ambassador Program is an opportunity for students to represent the department at various capacities across the campus. The Ambassadors act as liaisons between the department and prospective students, guests, alumni, and industry partners! They also serve as the representatives of the undergraduate student body through student engagement events and digital presence. Ambassadors gain professional development experience and refine their communication skills through training, social events, and official events where they can grow their network and foster valuable relationships.

The application for 2025-26 AAEC Ambasssadors cohort will open on Monday, March 2nd and will remain open until Sunday, March 22nd at 11:59 pm! You can apply by clicking the button below or by clicking on this link.

No, you do not need a recommendation letter or a reference to apply for the AAEC Ambassador Program.

Although we determine an ambassador's eligibility on an individual basis, any incoming AAEC Ambassadors are discouraged from serving as a CAES Ambassador during their first service year. This is due to the higher service requirement by the CAES Ambassadors and an overlap of many on-campus events between CAES and AAEC.
Since the AAEC and CAES Ambassadors' applications share a similar timeline, we highly suggest applying for both programs and inquire about eligibility to serve both roles once accepted.
